What is "Creativity"?

Creativity has 10 letters and it is also beyond 10 ways to explore one's inner capabilities, alongside true peace in arts. It is actually involved in a spectacular style of science and innovation, essential to gain advancement in technology as well as recognition in masterpieces of crafts.


Basically, It's our mind cycle how we cognitively process the outlook on the angle of our designs or structure, and the grasping power of adapting the gist of original work to our secondary research. But the thought process is the real deal here where most of the time, we lack a believer in ourselves and a push to take it further no matter what the judgment criteria might look like.


It is necessary to know your worth and visualize yourself out of self-pity because many people utilize these thoughts and ideas for themselves to sometimes just zone out and find a stable distraction.


So, is self-knowledge something we should strive for, or are we better off living in blissful ignorance?


However, it requires time and focuses with some self-evaluation, you need to be willing to explore your strength and weakness along with an acceptance of the past events from your life to know your abilities better.


Then express your emotion in any form of creation which simply reflects you.

creation is not only the idea of a product in something new or different. It is the making of deep thoughts coming together from different aspects and some underrated perspectives, aspiring to be represented with justification.


Enhancing self-growth in one's nature and beliefs, in fact, creativity outlines the factors of basic assertion in an instance.


In a nutshell, knowing yourself better is the key to happiness, less inner conflict, better decision making, and allows you to be resistant. Makes you more aware and understanding of others and situations possibly coming your way.


Now that you seem pretty convinced with the importance of self-knowledge, let's move onto the building blocks of self: your VITALS.


V- values : Research shows that just thinking or writing about your values can make it more likely that you take healthy actions.

I- interest : The focused mental state of being interested in something makes life vivid and may give you clues to you your deepest passions.


T- temperament : Describes your inborn preferences and the energy you restore from being alone or from being with people.


A- around-the-clock: This category refers to when you like to do things- your biorhythms. If you schedule activities when you are at your best, you are respecting your innate biology.


L- life mission and meaningful goals :

To discover your true identity or even your hidden bits, you need to find answers from within that what are the most important events you want in your to be. For your career and life satisfaction.


S- strength/ skills : Here comes not only abilities, skills, and talents, but also character strengths such as loyalty, respect for others, love of learning, emotional intelligence, fairness, and more.

It's the foundation to self-confidence and acknowledge your weaknesses to overpower them with your strength and not let anything voice in your head lower your self-esteem.


All in all, creativity is just a phenomenon whereby something new and somehow valuable is formed and you have to remain true to yourself in the process to let it happen in the flow.
